Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year and the official opening of Liberty Middle School's new campus.
This is more than just a school, it's the start of a new chapter for our students, staff, and school community. While construction continues to modernize our building, our administration and teachers are constructing innovative class opportunities that no other middle school in Harrison County offers. From vibrant fine arts programs to extensive technology offerings, we are building the best middle school in Harrison County. We can't wait for our students and families to experience the energy and excitement of learning in this incredible facility.
The theme for this year will be “Stronger Together”. As we embark on our journey, our mission is to assist students in developing strong academic habits, deepen their curiosity, and build respectful relationships in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether your child is starting in 6th grade or excited for their final year of middle school, remember that our school staff is here to guide them every step of their journey. We also want to build strong partnerships with our families, which is the foundation of a successful school. Your support, encouragement, and communication mean everything to us. We invite you to be part of the magic that happens here each day.
We will have a staggered start to the beginning of the school year, which will make the transition a bit easier for all of us. The following is the staggered start schedule.
