August 17th and 18th: New Student Registration, 9am to noon.
August 19th – Senior Parking Spot Selection Day, 7:30am to noon.
August 20th – Junior Parking Spot Selection Day, 7:30am to noon.
August 21st - Cougars United, 5pm to 8pm at the Stydahar Field.
August 23rd – Parking Spot Selection for all students, 7:30am to noon.
August 25th – Freshman Orientation, 6pm to 7:30pm and Back to School Bash 8pm to 10pm.
August 30th – First Day for Students, Schedules will be provided upon arrival to school.
Announcements are as follows:
Schedule change request forms can be picked up the first day of school from the office and have to be returned by Wednesday, September 1st. There is limited flexibility with schedule changes, but each request will be considered with the priority for student who need to meet a graduation requirement.
Parking pass forms are available on School Cash Online and in-person in the office.
From the School Nurse: The cutoff date for seniors to turn shots in is Monday, September 13th. 12th graders who come on September 14th without their vaccines will be sent home. Any student who has received a COVID vaccine is advised to send in a copy of their vaccine card to the school nurse so they will be exempt from any school quarantines.

📣 ACT Math Prep Class 📣
John Ebert will be hosting an ACT Math Prep Class on Wednesday, September 8th, in the BMS LGI, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Mr. Ebert will contact students via email if the class is moved to an online format due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Students must register at http://www.johnebertmathactprep.com prior to attending this free course.
📣Dual Credit students, that have been approved by their high school, need to be aware of the start dates for their college classes, as most of them begin prior to the start of classes for Harrison County Schools.
Please see the attachment for information regarding the specific start dates for Pierpont Community & Technical College, Glenville State College, WVU, and Fairmont State University.
📝 ACT Information 📝
The ACT will be given on September 11, 2021. Please check test location availability as it is subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions. The registration deadline is August 6th, with late fees accepted until August 20th. Students will need to register for the ACT at http://www.actstudent.org/regist/dates.html.

Lincoln High School is nearing the completion of our field house addition and we need your help to provide our football team with new locker room furnishings. Our goals are to provided new lockers for our football players and new furnishings within the addition.
Online donations will be accepted through School Cash Online by accessing: hcschools.schoolcashonline.com and clicking items in the top left corner on the blue bar – all public items for sale will be displayed. Please select “Lincoln High School Football Locker Room Project”. Donors do not have to be registered in SCO or have a student in system to donate.
