Our 8th grade class had a great start to the school year, highlighted by our recent trip to the Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center. The students attended a presentation on John W. Davis, a notable figure from West Virginia who made a significant impact as a lawyer and politician. This experience provided a deeper connection to our studies in their West Virginia history classes, allowing students to see the content they are learning come to life beyond the classroom.
Overall, the students are adapting well to the new routines and expectations. They are demonstrating a positive attitude towards learning and are taking on new challenges with confidence. We are excited to continue this school year and look forward to all the growth and success this year will bring!
