Introduction

Updates from Mr. Keener/ Mr. Belcastro
Staffing Update: We have a scheduled interview Wednesday for Spanish. Last person needed to pass an exam before hiring. We have a new English teacher Mrs. Tennant who started (E. Fairmont and FSU). Still need a financial secretary with Marcia Corder coming up to help. Audrey bid on this job. Filling pieces in.
Discipline (Mr. Belcastro):
43 referrals
Level 4: 1 (OSS)- drugs
Level 3: 3 (2 ISS, 1 OSS)- tobacco and insubordination
Level 2: 3- 2 inappropriate language
Level 1: 36- cell phone, disruptive conduct, skipping class
Attendance: 95.424%. 5 parent notes each term. Unlimited doctor notes. School events are excused. More than 5 each grade level- 4 in 9th, 1 in 10th, 1 in 11th, 2 in 12th.
Enrollment: 304
Strategic Planning: Met at county office Oct. 14th- got the template and will start filling in the template. We have our strategic planning committee and will share the template with its parts we have completed at the next meeting and will seek input of this committee.
