Participation in the programs of study in the Business Management and Administration Cluster provides students with an in-depth understanding of the skills needed to work in an office environment.  Small business owners, business analysts, managers, human resources professionals, secretaries, receptionists, and others who work directly with customers need to have strong communication and problem-solving skills, which the students in these courses will obtain.  If you like working with people in an office-type atmosphere, this program of study may be right for you.
