- iReady PD rescheduled to March 3 with lessons focused on small group
Instruction – big hit with small group and how to help – good feedback from
staff
- Comparison of iReady Data BOY to MOY – reviewed – EOY May 19-27
- WVGSA Scheduled April 29 – May 16 – 1 grade level per week, planning
schedules will get adjusted to accommodate testing groups, makeups/late
students will make up ASAP
- Discipline Updates and Progress
- Referrals – none Annual, Report to be sent to Jason Snider – Discipline report
will be sent to county office
- PBS Plan Updates and Preparation for 2025-2026 – Bobcat Bucks, Stamps, info
for agenda, Think Sheets, Infraction Sheets, and Stamp Sheets were all looked
at
- School Culture Success and Innovative Programs
- Planning Staff Appreciation Week – May 5-9, treats each day
- Next PL Day Plans for a staff breakfast or lunch – March 28 – Grown Up Grab
and Go…bring snacks/treats to share
- Green House Update – tons of seeds from Adam Hamrick, ordered a sun
Filtering system to control heat
- Flower Pots Status – Adopt a Pot – Jerri will assign each class a pot, will get
paint stirrers to make garden signs
- Earth Day – April 22 – water bottle counting, collecting/recycling Water
bottles - Vickie will make a flyer to send home and Jerri will email David

- Number of Unexcused Absences 3 Days – 94 students
- Number of Unexcused Absences 5 Days – 46 students
- CA 2 Meeting held in February – 8 plus days, 16 meetings (3 attended) – Laura
And Social Worker attended and parents put on watch list. Some students
Have been through SATs for attendance
