    • Academics – Title I presentation of the Strategic Plan for Victory (Handout provided) – 4 Goals for the year

      1. Literacy – ELA Target Goal of 38% on Summative Assessment (Homeless population @ 39%, Economically Disadvantaged @ 36%)

      2. Math – Goal Learning Target of 43.8% proficient (Homeless population @ 39% or increase from 23.8%, Economically Disadvantaged @ 38.6%)

      3. Behavior – 90% of students will earn an average of 80% or higher in conduct

      4. Attendance – less than 20% of our students will be chronically absent

    • Greenhouse – We should have all the supplies needed to start fall planting

    • Outside Planters – Kim Freeland brought dirt and will replant in the spring

    • Positive Behavior Supports – Bobcat Bucks, rewards are working great!

    • Attendance – 0 dates of unexcused for 3 days and 5 days

    • Safety –

      • 2 fire drill have been completed, with another planned for the 3rd week

      • Color drill will be held over the next couple of weeks

      • Work order for a crosswalk has been put in

      • Gates and doors have been shut and locked
