WHAT Fall Parade and Party
WHEN OCTOBER 28 Parade 12:50pm outside, weather permitting.
Parties begin at 1:00pm and end by 1:45pm
October 28 is our scheduled Fall Parade and Party Day! We are VERY excited to be able to join you in celebrating with our children finally this year! It has certainly been a long time and we are ready to see the excitement and fun in everyone!
As we approach our party day, please take note of the following:
Only parents pre-approved and signed up for the Fall Party per classroom teacher, will be permitted in the building. We will begin allowing parents to enter to set up following the parade. Please have proper ID.
Please plan crafts and activities for the party and coordinate with the classroom teacher. One celebratory snack item is permitted for the party. It can be a “non-nutritional item” as long as it is prepackaged. For example, store bought cupcakes, cake, cookies, candy, etc.
Please note, parking is an issue and we realize it’s difficult, however, vehicles cannot be parked in the bus lane at any time. Please make alternative parking arrangements.
Student Costumes
Students can either come to school dressed in their costume or if your child brings a costume to school, it must not require any assistance. We will not put make up on students. When picking out costumes for the school parade and party, the following is required: Students are not permitted to wear any masks , bring weapons of any kind, wear or depict blood on the costume or body. Students MUST be able to be identified. HCS may still require the proper facial coverings for COVID 19. Students may be required based on this mandate to wear their masks if that mandate is extended.
