Congress just approved waivers that will allow Harrison County Schools to again ship 5-day meal boxes to your home!
Anyone who is 18 years old and younger who live in Harrison County are eligible. The shelf-stable boxes will be prepared and ship to the child’s home via FedEx.
Please complete this form to have a 5-day shelf-stable meal kit delivered to your door step free of charge.

The Summer Food Service Program is an opportunity to make sure West Virginia children receive healthy and delicious meals when the school year ends. Student meals will be available for onsite dining at participating locations.
However, popular pandemic waivers that allowed for flexibilities such as grab-and-go meal service, home delivery, guardian meal pick-up and multi-day meal boxes have all expired at the federal level. These options will no longer be available.

iPad Collection
On May 31st after lunch, we will be collecting all 8th grade iPads at WIMS. Please bring your iPad, charging brick and cord.
Family Tech Night is tomorrow, and all are welcome! Doors open at 5:30 for a free Pizza Hut dinner. Please enter through the main entrance. You will receive great tech information, parenting resources, and lots of goodies for attending, including a free book. We hope to see you there!

We're just a few days away from the 2022 Grandfamilies and Kinship Caregivers Resource Fair at Village Square!
We are bringing together more than 30 agencies and organizations that provide resources and services to those people raising children from birth through high school for their parents. These agencies will provide support and information that will promote successful relationships, positive environments and healthy development of the children involved.

Students must RSVP by Wednesday, March 30th if they are coming to the dinner. If they do not RSVP, they can still come to the event but not dinner!

WIMS Neon Dance tonight 6-8 pm in the gym. This is not a formal dance. Only WI students attending. The RCB showchoir students are sponsoring this dance. This is a school function and all school rules still apply. Please follow dress code and cell phones are not permitted. Admission is $5.00 at the door and concessions will be available.This activity is faculty supervised and students will not be permitted re-entry once they leave the dance. Come out and get your groove on!
