Athletic Department’s Flex days & Scheduled Try Outs
Flex days are opportunities for athletes to stay conditioned and know what is expected for tryouts.


FLEX DAYS ARE NOT MANDATORY

Athletes must:

  1. Have a WVSSAC.org physical dated May 1, 2025 or later.

  2. Be a registered BMS student.

  3. Bring a water bottle & dress accordingly for the specific sport.
