Bridgeport Middle School has had a great start to their fall sports this year! So far, the football team is 1-1. They will play their next game on September 23.
The Danceline dazzles the audience at halftime of the football games. Eighth grader Charlee Tomes said that her favorite part of being apart of the team is, "Spending time with the team and working so hard." Be sure to come support the danceline at their county showcase on January 23rd!
The BMS Cheer Team has also been doing a great job of keeping the crowd hyped and cheering at the football games. Despite injuries, the cheer team has been preparing for their competition on November 11 at Robert C Byrd. Eighth grade cheerleader Ava Davis said she has made so many friends, and loves how they all feel like a family. Another eighth grade cheerleader, Hadley Lucky, said, " I love being able to spend time with my friends and be at the games."
