Meighan Jones read the meeting notes from last meeting. Meeting notes were accepted.

Principal’s Report

Attendance Update: Six new students have enrolled at the school.

Officer/Committee Reports

A motion was made to move Officer/Committee Reports to the next meeting.

Items to be Discussed

School Updates: We are getting shade for the upper playground, and a new bench has been installed on the upper playground. There were no students that came to enroll for Kindergarten. (Meighan Jones)

Strategic Plan Summary: A summary for the Fiscal Year 2027 Strategic Plan was handed out and looked over. A QR code was passed around for people to fill out a survey. We also looked over the Family Engagement Policy and Parent-Student Compact that Title 1 hands out at the beginning of the year. (Heather Wilkins)

General Updates: 120 walkthroughs have been completed by Mrs. Jones. Students will be completing the WVGSA Writing on April 20th. Students will finish the WVGSA ELA, Math, and Science (5th grade only) May 4th to May 6th. Staff Appreciation Week is also the week of May 4th. Students Kindergarten-5th grade will be going to the Shinnston Pool on May 20th. The last day of school for students will be May 29th. (Meighan Jones)
