January 3, 2022 Dear families: You may be receiving some correspondence from School Cash Online (SCO) via email in the near future. SCO makes it easier for you to pay for your student’s school items and fees via the online payment system. Paying school fees online is fast and easy and can be done from any computer, tablet or smartphone. If you are a primary guardian in the school’s student information system and you have not yet registered in SCO with that email address, you will receive an automated invitation from SCO to create an account. You can always create an account at any time by visiting hcschools.schoolcashonline.com. If you have already registered in SCO with that primary email address but you haven’t yet linked your student(s) to your account, you will receive an automated email from SCO that invites you to automatically connect your children to your account. Remember, once you register and add your student, you will receive an email anytime an item is added to your student’s catalog. SCO will also be used as a communication tool; parents will receive notification about upcoming events via email. SCO will also be used to collect information by utilizing fillable forms and allowing the uploading of documents. Building Hope Charity held events at Liberty HS and Lincoln HS Monday and Tuesday! The charity uses high energy, multiple stimulus, one-day presentations to assist students and staff in catalyzing positive change in the culture of schools. The ACT will be given on December 11, 2021. Please check test location availability as it is subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions. The registration deadline is November 5th, with late fees accepted until November 19th. Students will need to register for the ACT at http://www.actstudent.org/regist/dates.html

John Ebert will be hosting an ACT Math Prep Class on Sunday, December 5th, in the BMS LGI, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Mr. Ebert will contact students via email if the class is moved to an online format due to COVID-19 restrictions. Parents this is to inform you that there was an error on the Important Date List sent in the Back to School letter in August and we DO have school on Monday Oct. 11. Please mark your calendar for Monday October 18, which is Parent Teacher Conference from 4 – 7 PM. There will be no school for students on October 18. Make plans to come and visit your child's teachers on Monday October 18 from 4-7 PM. Have a good weekend and we will see your child on Monday October 11.
