ELA: MES will reach its identified 2036 Annual ELA target of 38.89% for 2026 or increase from 27.1% to 27% for the 25-26 school year, as measured by the West Virginia Balanced Score Card.

In addition, MES students will show growth in the following subgroups: Economically disadvantaged students will reach their target of 36.57% or increase from 22% to 25% for the 25-26 school year.

The white subgroup will meet and reach their target of 38.41% or increase from 24.7% to 27% for the 25-26 school year.

Math: MES will maintain it’s identified 2036 Annual Math target of 29.37% for 2026 or increase from 2321% to 35% for the 25-26 school year, as measured by the West Virginia Balanced Score Card.

In addition, MES students will show growth in the following subgroups: Economically disadvantaged students will reach their target of 19.75% or increase from 4.2% to 7% for the 25-26 school year.

 Attendance and Behavior: During the 25-26 school year 90% of MES students will be present 90% of the school year as measured by WV Zoom Data.

During the 25-26 school year, 80% of the MES students will earn a B or higher in the conduct measure by their conduct grade on Class Dojo.
