The Annual Harrison County Schools College and Career Fair is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8th, 2023, and it kicks off at 6:00 PM at Liberty High School.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for students to explore various educational and career paths and learn more about their future prospects.
Congratulations to Bridgeport High School, which has been named to the 2023 AP School Honor Roll! Bridgeport High School is a Bronze member of the Honor Roll! Bridgeport High School had 51% of seniors who took at least one AP exam during high school (silver level), 32% of seniors scoring a three or higher on at least one AP exam (silver level), and 2% of seniors who took five or more AP exams (bronze)!

We have become aware of a prank call to the police about an active shooter at Robert C. Byrd High School. Law enforcement agencies have cleared the building and have determined it to be a non-credible threat. At no time was the health and safety of the students and staff compromised.
