Hello RCB students and families!
We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025-26 school year at Robert C. Byrd High School. To help you get ready, we want to share some important details about your daily schedule.
The school day will start at 7:35 AM with homeroom. All students need to be in the building and in their homeroom by that time. During homeroom, we will share important announcements and hand out information.
After homeroom, your first class will begin. It will last 90 minutes. You will have six classes each day. Four of those classes will last 45 minutes, and the last class of the day will also be 90 minutes.
You will have one lunch period during the middle of the day. There are three lunch periods, and you will be told which one you are in.
The school day ends at 2:55 PM.
