RCB's annual Financial Aid Night is Tuesday, January 10th at 5pm in the LGI. Seniors and parents of seniors looking for help in understanding college financial aid and assistance in filing their FAFSA are encouraged to attend.

Students interested in being considered as a Robert C. Byrd HOBY Ambassador must submit an essay titled Characteristics of an Effective Leader to Ms. Miller by 3:00pm 12/14.
We have become aware of a prank call to the police about an active shooter at Robert C. Byrd High School. Law enforcement agencies have cleared the building and have determined it to be a non-credible threat. At no time was the health and safety of the students and staff compromised.

Check out the College and Career Fair this Thursday at Liberty HS gym from 6 to 8 p.m. to learn about the colleges, schools, jobs, and careers that are out there and available to you! There will be a drawing for a Cash Scholarship and Prizes to be awarded to students who attend, that's this coming Thursday from 6 to 8 at Liberty HS gym. This week we celebrate National School Psychology Week. “Together We Shine” is this year’s theme as a way of hope after the last few challenging years through the pandemic, social injustice, economic strains, and mental/physical health. This week and every week, our team of school psychologists will work to promote positive change in all areas of leadership in the counseling room, the classroom, the community, and beyond.

Currently, due to communication issues between WVEIS 2.0 and Livegrades, this dismissal is necessary to complete the timely release of grades and report cards.
