Upon receipt of a WVLearns login and a password, individuals are to complete the following steps to complete registration for the WVDE WVLearns Initial Substitute training course as well as other WVLearns courses currently available for self-registration:
Navigate to https://wveis.k12.wv.us/registration/ to complete course registration.
Review all information before attempting to register for a course:
Select the "Register" button from the top of the screen.
Select your role from the drop-down menu.
Select a course associated with your role.
Enrollment is limited to two courses.
You will not have the ability to delete a course selection.
Submit your registration
Navigate to https://wveis.k12.wv.us/registration/ to complete course registration.

Enrollment is limited to two courses.

Registration Verification:
Verify that you have been enrolled in a WVLearns course by going back to http://wvlearns.k12.wv.us
Log into the site.
If you have registered for a course, your course will appear on your home screen as a photo clip with the course title at the bottom of the photo.
If you are a non-West Virginia resident who is not employed or under contract with a WV school system, please contact Donna Landin at dlandin@k12.wv.us prior to establishing a CertPortal account and prior to registering for a course. There is a $200.00 registration fee per course for all non-West Virginia residents who are not employed or under contract with a WV school system. Course registration fees must be received prior to the opening day of a course session.
All interested 7-week course participants may enroll for a maximum of two 7-week courses per session.
Individuals enrolling for the elementary math modules may enroll for one module at time and complete as many modules as time permits during the 2020-2021 school year.
Individuals enrolling for the Algebra I Part I modules may enroll for one module at time and complete as many modules as time permits during the 2020-2021 school year.
Individuals enrolling for the Algebra I Part II modules may enroll for one module at time and complete as many modules as time permits during the 200-2021 school year.
