Network Administrator
Harrison County Schools is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our Technology team!
This full-time, 250-day position includes competitive pay based on experience. The role supports our schools by keeping networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems running smoothly and securely.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
5+ years of experience with Cisco-based networks
Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, virtual servers, and storage solutions
Strong knowledge of network security, troubleshooting, and project planning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bonus experience (preferred):
Cisco CCNA certification
Knowledge of E-rate rules and WV K-12 network systems
Experience working with WVDE IT staff and partners
