Opening Remarks and Purpose

Survey Methodology and Participation
The surveys, conducted in March, reached parents, staff, and students (grades 6–12). Participation rates:

Concerns emerged around consistent enforcement of discipline and student-to-student behavior.

Student responses were slightly more favorable than parent responses—a positive sign for staff relationships.

Families reported inconsistency in communication methods and platforms across schools and grade levels.
Many requested more structured updates, centralized calendars, and predictable schedules.
