Jocelyn Humpe, a professional accountant at the Harrison County Board of Education, has been awarded the 2025 Emerging Leaders Scholarship from the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO International).
This national scholarship is given to school business professionals who have been in the field for five years or less. It helps them grow as future leaders in school finance and operations.
As part of the scholarship, Jocelyn will receive $2,000 to attend ASBO International’s 2025 Annual Conference & Expo in Fort Worth, Texas, this October.
Jocelyn is one of only 21 recipients across the country to earn this award, and only the second ever from West Virginia.
