The Harrison County Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. in the Board Room, 445 West Main Street, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
During the meeting, three members will take the oath of office for Harrison County Board of Education Member. Frank Devono Jr., Mary Frances Smith, and William T. Tucker will each take the oath, which will be administered by Christopher McCarthy, Circuit Court Judge of Harrison County.
The Board is also scheduled to complete the Superintendentโs Evaluation. According to the agenda, the evaluation will occur in executive session. At the conclusion of the evaluation, the Board shall make available to the public a general statement about the evaluation process and the overall result.
Under New Business, the Board will consider renewing Encova Insurance Company for workers compensation coverage for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
