CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN DISABILITIES POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT PROGRAM Anger Management for Youth registration

Anger Management for Youth is a free, interactive session where participants will learn strategies to identify and cope with their anger in healthier ways. This training is designed for youth ages 8-17. Parents and caregivers are highly encouraged to attend with their child. After this training, participants will have the tools to:

  • Identify what anger feels like.

  • Discuss events and underlying feelings that cause anger.

  • Learn their escalation patterns.

  • Discuss stress reduction tactics.
