Anger Management for Youth is a free, interactive session where participants will learn strategies to identify and cope with their anger in healthier ways. This training is designed for youth ages 8-17. Parents and caregivers are highly encouraged to attend with their child. Several sessions are held during school hours, making it easy to use our Zoom trainings alongside a class! A certificate of attendance will be given after completing the end-of-session survey.
After this training, participants will have the tools to:
Identify what anger feels like.
Discuss events and underlying feelings that cause anger.
Learn their escalation patterns.
Discuss stress reduction tactics.
Practice self-regulation and relaxation strategies.
