Want to help make Clarksburg a better place for young people? RCB students in grades 9–12 can apply for the 2026–27 Mayor’s Youth Council.
Council members will take part in community service projects, learn how city departments work, and share ideas and concerns that matter to local youth. The program is led by Mayor Wayne Worth and Vice Mayor Rocky Romano, with help from the City Clerk’s Office.
Applications are available at RCB, on the City of Clarksburg’s website and Facebook page, and at the City Clerk’s Office.
Bring your completed application to the first meeting:

Students must arrange their own rides to and from meetings.
